It's drug-free, it costs nothing and a handful of studies have suggested it boosts long covid recovery. But concern is growing that these studies aren't robust enough to support exercise as a treatment approach, reigniting a decade-long controversy over the use of exercise in addressing other conditions, such as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Some days ago by accident I found these 3 words to be quite good:

WASHING
MUSTARD
BLOCKER



With 7 letters per guess word, we have a maximum of 7, 14, 21 letters in 1,2,3 guesses.

These 3 words have a double A, a double S, and a double R. We do not get the maximum, but only 18 letters - which still quite good.

Would be interesting to find other filters like this. It does not catch the F and the P, which is a big disadvantage.

Taking a 4th. word PUFFERS would catch only 2 more letters, which is very disappointing. But 18 letters with 3 guesses the filter is a good start.
